The Journey Behind Ladd Pro Builders
At Ladd Pro Builders, our roots run deep in the trades—built on passion, hard work, and a commitment to delivering a personal touch in every project.
The journey began at just 15 years old, working as a helper for my uncle’s electrical company. I also spent time learning the ropes at his kitchen and bath compan, where I discovered not just the skill of building, but the rewarding feeling of transforming spaces and witnessing the satisfaction on customers’ faces when their vision became reality. That feeling stuck with me—and it drove everything that followed.
Fueled by this early exposure, I dove deeper into the field, eventually joining the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). I spent 7 years honing my craft as an electrician, learning the discipline and detail that comes with quality workmanship.
But I wanted more.
Over the next 20 years, I transitioned into project management, overseeing Healthcare, Hotels, NFL training facilities and commercial projects from the office side. While it sharpened my leadership and planning skills, something was missing—the direct connection with the customer. The satisfaction I once found in seeing a job completed with pride had grown distant.
That’s when I knew it was time to return to my roots.
Ladd Pro Builders was born out of a desire to get back to what matters most: hands-on craftsmanship and customer connection. This business is more than construction—it's about people, trust, and delivering a finished product that both the homeowner and builder can be proud of.
Today, I bring together decades of experience in the field and the office, offering my clients the best of both worlds: expert project oversight and the personal, detail-focused touch that only comes from working directly with the builder.
